A stall in Portobello road was selling chili-flavoured chocolate a couple of weeks ago, it was gorgeous but they'd sold out when I went back the following week. I've also tried chili dipping sauce on plain chocolate. But in my opinion it has to be at least 70% cocoa solids or it just tastes nasty.
