Once he's fished it back out of the sink drain, bath drain, the garbarator (twice), the toilet & out from under the couch, he'd mostly use it to open jars & do the occasional light show to amuse himself & Teddy (once he's mastered not blowing holes in the walls during the light show).

Plausible. Also he'd lose the invisible charging lantern pretty quickly.

Well, I figure he'll perch Teddy on top of it for a while to make it look like he's flying.
