By the time I retire I'll probably be too exhausted to celebrate.
I'm more likely to have a 60th birthday party of some sort - the Imperial College 1-day PicoCon SF convention is usually within a few days of my birthday, and most of my friends will be there, so I might just buy a few rounds of drinks there. Or lay on something at home afterwards, since it isn't that far away.
