Wikipedia entry templates

I want to create a wikipedia entry for a short film - is there an easy way to do this, e.g. a template with all of the requisite fields, or would I be better off finding the entry for a similar film, copying it, and editing it?

I've seen it a good few times and can say rather more than the BFI - for one thing, it starred Bernard Bresslaw (from the Carry On films) in several roles, and uses clips from the Carry On films at a couple of points.

The simplest way (which I always use myself) is to use an existing article of the desired type as a template. Just copy the content of the existing article, edit to your taste on your computer, then paste it into the new article.
