Very glad I haven't upgraded yet. Mostly because I find the new 'flat' aesthetic too hard to read quickly. I think this is for two main reasons:
1) Lack of subtle shadows, so everything looks flat. I was using the visual cues for 'depth' to navigate.
2) Lack of sharp lines between elements. iOS6 and earlier had thin black lines separating areas of colour, like the ink lines in colour comics. The new look seems to have done away with the ink lines, leaving just a colour difference as a cue. Again, I find it harder to read.
