Snag is the graphics are intel on the motherboard, and I'm not sure if it's possible to add a graphics card - anyone know?

Looking at the pictures in the blurb on the page, it looks like it'll take a PCI-Express x16 card, but it'll have to be a 2/3 or 1/2 height one, which seriously limits your choice of graphics card

Looks like there are some around; I'll check with the vendor, maybe they stock something and can cut me a deal.

We use Lenovo tablets at my school and have found them reliable. However, a 500Gb hard drive is quite small. Unless you're not going to be storing much video etc you're going to quickly run out of space or have to start adding on (slower) external usb drives. If it's an option I'd suggest going to 1Tb.

I've got a 3TB network drive, which should be enough storage for my needs. It also has a gigabit port so if I add a gigabit switch (which is on my to do list anyway) I should be pretty much sorted.

According to the detailed spec (http://support.lenovo.com/en_IN/downloads/detail.page?DocID=PD024763) it has 2 low profile PCI Express x1 & 1 PCI Express x16 expansion slots. Also, the ATI Radeon HD7350 & HD7450 are listed as options, so you may be able to find one of those

Thanks - how would this compare to the quad core model in speed etc?
