LP frames, ebay stuff, and charity shop bargains

If anyone remembers me looking for frames for LPs last year, I've found a cheap source: findmeagift.com sells them in various colours / materials at £1.99 to £3.99 with fairly reasonable postage, and take PayPal. The cheapest at £1.99 are aluminium; the most expensive are the ones I actually wanted, the black ones, at £3.99. Fortunately I happen to have a can of black spray paint handy, so I've bought a few of the aluminium ones and will spray them black!

Update - these turn out to be silver-finish plastic; reasonably well made, my fault since I obviously didn't read the description properly (or wasn't paying attention when I did).

I've managed to sell and send everything I had on eBay apart from Innocent Blood. I'm down a few quid on the laser printer and the media player thing, well up on the print server, so reasonably happy. And I've finally shifted the bloody Indiana Jones movie!

Today's charity shop bargains were Burn Notice seasons 2-5, Castle season 1, and Doctor Who (new Who) season 2 - all for £30. A good few hours of mindless entertainment reasonably cheap...

Turns out they're aluminium-finish plastic, which I should have checked - reasonably well made and strong, I didn't read the description properly.
