Remember that the only colour variation is going to be what's already in the stone, so darker hair, lips, and eyelashes aren't going to look true. They need to be lightened up so that they look the same colour as her "skin" tone, and for the hair you need to add lines and shadows to make it look sculpted, like Nojay's examples.
Meanwhile, I'd be tempted to sketch in a few panel lines to suggest an artifact (whether a block-based sculpture a la the Sphinx and Karnak, or a metal skin like the Statue of Liberty) to distract from other image artifacts.
