Saw the first episode earlier today - it's a lot like the old series, a nice little story about missing musical notes and a cloud that wants to keep them, looks like a good start.
A nice tribute to the original, but I thought Palin a little weak as narrator. I suspect that I'll always miss the warm tones of Oliver Postgate that defined my childhood.
