If anyone is still using M42 screw fitting lenses, the Trinity Hospice shop I mentioned previously has extension tubes and bellows; also a double cable release and a rings and cable gizmo for extending the electrical connection on a Praktica camera with the weird screw fitting lens that has electrical contacts. Most of this is around a tenner a set, which seems a pricey for something that obsolete so I'm not tempted to take a punt on it.
