Mac software update
Mar. 5th, 2016 04:39 pmWent into a charity shop this afternoon and found nine more CD-ROMS for Power PC Mac, all from 2003-2006. They're "Film Education" discs which use trailers, film excerpts, etc. to introduce educational topics - for example, one of them is for The Day After Tomorrow and the study material is about global warming, and possibly a little less crazy than the film itself. Another is for Curse of the Were-Rabbit and has stuff on animation, storyboard design, scene editing, etc.
Although they're basically thinly-disguised advertising, I think I can legitimately describe them as educational software. And since I paid £1 for the lot (10p each, I told them to keep the change) I'm quite pleased.
