Listed the Big Mac and some other tat
Mar. 15th, 2016 02:29 pmI've finally listed the iMac G4 20" at £250 - I managed to get a recent white USB keyboard and a Mighty Mouse for it so I think it's a pretty good deal. Also selling the usual range of tat including some re-listed DVDs, a nice (but heavy) external DVD writer, the Psion docking cradle (actually has a bid this time!), games, etc. All here:

later: and it sold for £240 on the 17th! Which probably means I set the price and "accept offer" prices a bit too low, but never mind, I'm making a reasonable profit.

If it's the 17" version you might get say £50-60 in good condition, the 20" say £80-90, a little more on both if there's WiFi.
There are a lot of them on offer so I'd recommend doing it as a buy it now item (and be prepared to be patient since it might take a while to make a sale) rather than starting low and hoping it will be bid up. One thing that has a BIG impact on price is if you're prepared to pack it and send it - a lot of people will only do them buyer collect, which means you're limiting yourself to local buyers.
My suggestion - find several on eBay with around the same specification and condition and watch them, see how much they sell for. That should give you a better idea.
