FF Rules Update update

I've decided to compromise on indexing the Forgotten Futures rules. There simply isn't any great need for a hugely complex index, so I've taken a middle road and expanded the table of contents a little, which I think will suffice. I'll upload the latest version tomorrow night when I'm sure there are no problems.

I've also prepared a multiple file verson which may be useful for people reading on line, I suppose - I'll upload that too, and have both on the CD-ROM.
