Data sharing consultation

The new Ministry of Justice (which sounds like something out of Judge Dredd - until this year it was the Department for Constitutional Affairs) is holding a consultation re. data sharing. The closing date for comments is February 15th. See the site for the briefing documents and feedback form etc.

If anyone reading this knows anything about heraldry, a description in heraldic terms would be useful. Basically, a dragon flying over mountains.
