Frozen yougurt here we come...

Met up with raygungothic and family this evening and got their spare ice cream maker, which he's very generously given me, and will have a go at making some frozen yogurt tomorrow, once the bowl is thoroughly chilled.

There are a LOT of recipes on line, what I'm looking for is ones that are as fat and sugar free as possible. The ones I'd particularly like to try are vanilla, honey and ginger, coffee, and banana, but I'm open to suggestions - for example, I've made garlic yogurt and mint yogurt as salad dips, can't help wondering what they'd be like frozen.
