What tells you that it's the end of the first chapter? I'm not saying you're wrong, but I'm not seeing the evidence when I look at the strip.

It's the very last panel of the current chapter. Stanley pretty much says it's the end of the chapter. It's been what, a couple of weeks or so comic time? Florence has only been on the planet for less than a month and ushered in a major revolution. What other changes will she cause?
