An asteroid for Banks

I heard this on Thursday but forgot to post it here:

Pointed out to me by Dave WINOLJ and subsequently seen several places, someone has named a moderately large asteroid for Iain Banks - they left out the middle M he used for SF, but the details of the naming make it clear that his SF was the main thing that got him the distinction.

Legal Question

While I'm aware of Jennifer Walters as a character (as She-Hulk and as a lawyer in the Marvel universe) I never read the comic much and don't really know a lot about her legal practice. Basically, what sort of cases does she handle? Any specialities or things she won't touch? I'm thinking of using her in a story, not sure if it will work.
