Weird thought...

For some reason this passage popped into my head:

"Through blackest day, through darkest night," said Darth Vader, "No evil shall escape the power of this fully armed and operational battle station."

Now I'm wondering if there's a story waiting somewhere in my subconscious to go with it...

Canalway Cavalcade day 2

Went to Little Venice again today - much warmer and VERY crowded. There wasn't anything new on display so I haven't taken more pictures. Afterwards walked to Marble Arch, ate at the Weatherspoon pub there, and got the bus home. Not convinced that eating a pub Sunday lunch will help my weight much, but at least there was some walking first...

£770 and counting

With four days and 45 minutes to go Big Red just reached £770.

Means I've got to delete all the addresses from my satnav, since I said I'd throw it in if the price exceeded £750.
