Robolinux?
Jun. 13th, 2019 07:34 pmDoes anyone have any experience of RoboLinux? It's a version aimed at Windows users which includes a virtual windows environment and claims to operate Windows software in a sandbox at something like full speed and with a lot of extra security. I've never heard of it before, but given the horrible cost of upgrading Windows before Windows 7 support ends I'm seriously looking at alternatives now.

Any thoughts gratefully received.
later - having delved into it some more, this seems to be run by a one-man band and I get the impression that he's assuming a LOT more knowledge of Linux than I have, or is simply unable to explain how to do basic things like choose the correct version for my machine in a coherent way. I think I'm going to go back to looking at one of the mainstream Linux distros that has better support and documentation.
