Technical Queries about the Royal Mail Website

Does anyone have contact information for making a technical query about the Royal Mail website?

Basically, the problem is that if you want to claim for a lost item you have to fill in a lot of information on their online form - and for some reason cut and paste stopped working some time last year, it will only take input from the keyboard, which makes things very difficult if you're trying to enter a long address in a foreign language or something. I've tried several browsers so far, but I've pretty much run out of things to try on this one, and want to ask if it's a known problem or I need to enable something or change a setting.
