This is an interesting idea that would probably be a lot funnier if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic and an economic crisis. As it is, think of it as real life turned up to 11. It's an impressive job of world building, with a lot more detail than "there's a zombie epidemic, go kill some walking dead" but like a lot of post-apocalypse settings it starts with the default that nobody is willing to do much to help solve the problem, they're all out for survival at any cost. I think it's worth a look if you're not already horribly depressed by current events.
