The last horror offering of October - a repeat of Cthulhu Confidential, a Gumshoe variant:
( Cthulhu Confidential )
Last time I said: "I'm not a huge fan of one on one gaming, and I've uses Call of Cthulhu so much for this genre that I find it difficult to adapt to any other rules set. But the Gumshoe rules have a huge following and seem to be well adapted for the genre and for one to one play, so it's certainly a viable choice. As usual you're getting a lot for your money. Recommended!"
Really don't see any reason to change that.
