How do you fix a navbox that isn't working properly?

The "list of fictional agents" link at the bottom of this page
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_secret_police_and_intelligence_organizations

should end up here
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_secret_agents

but instead goes here
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Character_(arts)

I think it's a problem with the {{Fictional espionage navbox}} but I have no idea how to fix it.

Slightly off topic, there do seem to be a lot of (British) agents missing from the list - Jason King (and the rest of Department S), Nayland Smith, The Champions (OK so only one of them was British but it was a British series), John Drake and Dick Barton spring to mind. I suspect that Hugh Drummond and Albert Campion do not qualify, being 'Gentleman Adventurers', although I'm sure both were involved with espionage during their careers.

All sorts of omissions, but life's too short. I may add a few at some point but it isn't high on my to do list.
