OK, I might as well be honest, I'm not a big fan of this system - it's a fairly early attempt at a generic superhero game and in my opinion others have done it better, most notably the Champions system and GURPS Supers. Having said that, it's reasonably good value for money, and covers most of the key mechanics and ideas needed for most superhero genres. I personally prefer other systems, and at the moment don't want to run any superhero game anyway, but opinions differ.
