ffutures Someone on eBay left the following feedback for me today:
Arrived securely + as described, great communications. Perfect. AAAAA+++
then pressed the negative feedback button... - so my rating, which has been 100% for the last couple of years, is now 99.9%
and at some point the option for sellers to appeal bad feedback has gone, not sure why. There is an option to report it, which I've used, but it doesn't seem to be quite the same thing - we'll see what happens.
Update - it turns out that the way to request feedback changes is now via the feedback part of the account section. I never knew that.
