Probably well-known to filkers - you can substitute "Great Cthulhu" for "Hallelujah" in quite a few tunes. E.g. “Hallelujah” by Rufus Wainwright, the song heard at one point in Shrek. You'd need to change the rest of the verses to fit, of course...
