Political person: Will you be voting tomorrow?
Me: yes, of course
PP: Will you be voting for xxxxx?
Me: Sorry, which one is that?
PP: The Conservative candidate
Me: (obviously unenthusiastic) Oh, right.
For some reason they didn't ask any more questions... There's possibly a bit of a recognition problem there, I'm not very good with names but by now I would have expected to have some idea. I think it's a new person with no track record in the constituency.
On which note I'd better head for the polling station...
In other news, just gave the Canon person the bad news that I wasn't accepting a return. We'll see what happens.
