This is a new bundle, a London-centric urban fantasy RPG which draws its inspiration primarily from the Rivers of London books and Neverwhere, and a bunch of other sources. It's from Modiphius Entertainment who have a good track record:

Liminal roleplaying game core rulebook coverThis all-new Liminal Bundle offer presents Liminal, the modern-fantasy RPG about guardians on the boundary between the United Kingdom and the Hidden World. Designed by Paul Mitchener (Age of Arthur, Hunters of Alexandria, Mythic Babylon) and distributed by Modiphius Entertainment, Liminal uncovers secret societies of magicians, a police division investigating Fortean crimes, fae courts, werewolf gangs, and haunted places where the walls between worlds are thin. This bargain-priced offer gives you everything you need to face danger, play supernatural politics, solve mysteries, and try to minimize the harm the Hidden World does to mortals. Cross the boundary into Liminal.

We provide each title complete in .PDF. Like all Bundle of Holding titles, these ebooks have NO DRM (Digital Restrictions Management), and our customers are entitled to move them freely among all their devices. (By publisher request, the DriveThruRPG versions of these files are inobtrusively watermarked.)

Ten percent of each purchase (after gateway fees) goes to this offer's pandemic-related charity,Direct Relief. Direct Relief sends protective gear and critical care medications to health workers, with emergency deliveries to medical facilities across the US and to regional response agencies across the world.

Liminal roleplaying game scenario The Oak and the AmuletThe total retail value of the titles in this offer is US$38. Customers who pay just US$9.95 get all nine titles in our Complete Collection (retail value $38) as DRM-free ebooks, including the complete Liminal core rulebook (retail price $15), the Pax Londinium sourcebook (retail $10), and seven Case Notes (scenarios): Prodigal Son (retail price $1), The Haunting House (retail $1), Beneath the Stones (retail $3), Ghosts of Glencoe (retail $1), The Repairer of Reputations (retail $2), Shadow to the Light (retail $3), and the new Case Note The Oak and the Amulet (retail $2), which debuts in this offer and is not yet available anywhere else.

At a first glance this is very nicely presented, like other games from this company, with lots of art and excellent layout. If you actually want to print it out that's going to be a problem, it's going to eat printer ink/toner, but it looks pretty good on screen. Like many modern games the idea is to start out with a character concept then build the character around it. e.g. "Exile from faerie who wants to find a way to return home safely." Statistics are based mainly on skills, which is a reasonably good way to avoid ridiculously strong or weak characters.

I haven't had time to get into this in depth, but it looks like it's going to be fun to play and gives you quite a lot for your money. Well worth a look if you like the urban fantasy genre.

I have the dead tree version of Liminal (and some pdf scenarios) and it is indeed very lovely to look at. It had me thinking of several character ideas while reading it. I haven't played it yet.
