I'll be honest - I'm not really interested in this one at all, since I don't play fantasy RPGs much and don't run them at all. This is possibly useful for GMs who have a LOT of need for magic items beyond the basic +1 swords etc., but even when I was running D&D regularly I rarely had players find more than one a session, since it soon gets to the point where characters carry golf bags of holding with weapons and incredibly powerful equipment for every occasion, which negates most of the challenge of RPGs. If you like this sort of thing or have greedy players it may be worth a look.
