This seems to be a new bundle although I think bits of it have been in previous bundles - my impression, and that of others I've talked to, is that it's not an easy program to learn, but can produce some very good results if you put in the effort. Since I'm pretty much retired from game design and never really felt the need for mapping at this sort of level I'm going to pass.
I'm a little surprised that there still isn't a Mac version after umpteen years - I know it can probably be run under BootCamp, but there are people out there who really don't want Windows polluting their precious Mac fluids and it looks to be a worthwhile market. Not to mention Linux etc... Or is there Mac and Linux software out there doing the same job that I'm unaware of?
