If there was a Time Lord called "The Lawyer" would they be good or evil? What would their TARDIS look like? And what would their reaction be to The Doctor, and vice versa?

Given some of the portrayals of the Time Lord idea of justice in e.g. Trial of a Time Lord I'm not convinced that their legal system is better than e.g. the wizarding world in the Harry Potter books, which is a frighteningly low bar to fail at. Any thoughts on this?

I'm currently binging classic Perry Mason (Raymond Burr) on Peacock. I can see Mason as a Timelord. He even comes with faithful Companions: Della Street and Paul Drake.

Every TARDIS but one that we have seen has a working chamæleon circuit. So that shouldn't be a concern.

The Trial of a Time Lord is obviously from one of the pre-collapse eras of Time Lord history and cannot be taken as representative of their civilisation as a whole.

(Bear in mind that my explanation for all the confusion surrounding the histories of Rassilon and Omega is that the Time Lords actually uplifted themselves into a time-spanning culture.)
