Date: 2006-12-16 12:47 am (UTC)For serial fiction, for instance, a sample is given of the "Serial Adventure Form," in which a handful of blanks are filled in with the main character's name, his affectation, his deformity, and a few other bits, and then the typesetter hangs the form up by his machine and sets the story in type. It contains one of my favorite lines, "Grypula switched off the light, and in the darkness I heard him moving noiselessly toward the back of the basement."
Rather than tell you all about it, though, I think I will use my flickr account and post the whole thing there. When I have it up, I'll post a link on my LJ.
