1: He got into the habit of wearing tight boots to keep his mind off other things, and kept it up so long that he now feels uncomfortable in boots that are the right size.

2: Every now and again he shouts "heatseeker" then fires a ricochet round, or vice versa. It keeps the perps off balance.

3: Sometimes he thinks that Judge Death had the right idea.

1. That was one of my all time favourites that story, where Dredd sought out the Judge who supervised him, and asked him how he dealt with his doubts.

1: He likes to psych people out with the edible insects - he's not actually that fond of the taste, but it's fun to watch other people squirm.

2: For Gil, Lady Heather will always be the perfect woman, but perfection scares him a little. Sara and Catherine have flaws, but they're flaws he can relate to.

3: He's a Dexter fan.
