Which would SO explain the Face of Boe's telling the Doctor that he's not alone. Hiro must have Timelord DNA.

Well, that could work. You would have to think of a way of reconciling several things.

First off, Hiro is a human TARDIS, how would you explain Hiro's powers within the context of the Whoniverse?

Also would you have Claude involved? Having him in there can complicate things, how does one come up with a plausible explanation for him looking exactly like the Ninth Doctor?
