Got a message from someone called System.scan.c7 on skype just now

For some reason I feel no desire whatever to click on the link...

Skype have got back to me and told me that it's actually a company trying to sell their "security software" by this means, probably not malware but the message certainly isn't a genuine diagnostic thing. I would hope that they delete the account.
