ffutures | An Unusual Use for the Forgotten Futures CD-ROM

It's nice to know that the material on the Forgotten Futures CDs is useful, but here's a use I never anticipated, from an email I received a couple of days ago:

I thought you might like to know that I'm making good use of some of the artwork on the FF disk. I'm a forensic scientist by trade & on Saturday am delivering a training session on DNA & blood stain pattern analysis to a bunch of barristers. I was on the look-out for some not-too-nasty pictures of people thumping each other & decided upon some of the public domain pics from your disk. I also couldn't resist finishing off with a few pictures from the "Self Defence With A Bicycle" article. (I haven't yet had a case involving someone assaulted with a bicycle, but if any of those barristers ever do have such a case, they'll know who to contact!)

Now I have a mental image of someone from CSI looking at these pictures and trying to work out where the blood spatter would go...
