Anyone else think that when Donna is kneeling she looks very like someone about to undergo a Time Lord style regeneration?

I think that something goes wrong with the regeneration and that Donna and the severed hand of the Doctor are used to recreate him.

Donna has repeatedly referred to herself as a 'temp,' which could either refer to her career choices or be a bit of foreshadowing as a certain BBC writer/producer seems to like to do. It would also, in a rather roundabout way, also satisfy her repeated statement of wanting to travel with the Doctor 'forever.'

I really hope I'm wrong as I've grown very fond of Donna and would like her to continue on the journeys for awhile longer.
