Date: 2008-07-16 12:42 pm (UTC)That site you linked, they were thinking kind of small when they made the input choice inches or millimeters. If you try to put numbers big enough to match the Maine model (which isn't so easy to do in inches or mm :), the calculated numbers end up so huge they are not very meaningful in feet or meters, and would be better if displayed as miles and kilometers.
