I just heard from Jo Walton that she has no problems with the RPG apart from a very minor error.

HUGE sigh of relief.

So tomorrow I finish off the distribution CD-ROM and new release of the FF CD-ROM (both more or less done as of today, so that won't take long), sort out the postal labels for the mailout, and make CD labels and start burning disks. If all goes well I'll do the mailout on Tuesday.

But first I think a relatively early night for a change!

I called a particular character "Madame xxxx" where the nearest dragon equivalent is 'Spec xxxx ('Spec is short for "respectable"). Basically I had to change that throughout the first adventure, which was a basic search and replace operation, make sure that it didn't do anything horrible to the layout, then print the entire adventure to PDF, replace the pages in the earlier version of the PDF, and move a couple of links slightly because the relevant bit of text ("See page 55" or whatever) was now a half-inch to the left of its original position. That took about twenty minutes, so no big deal. The HTML version was even easier, just a basic search and replace.
