Colour for clarity, I hope.




I forgot to say - if anyone can recommend software (preferably cheap) that can produce something like this with things like coding of the orbits to show whether they are above or below the plane of the Ecliptic, I would love to hear about it.

It's not too bad, but it's hard to trace the orbits for three of the asteroids: Ceres, Vesta, and Pallas. Juno stands out just fine. Maybe different colors or dashed or dotted lines? Thicker lines definitely.

No worries Marcus. I routinely game with a couple of people who have color blindness. One is the traditional red-green, the other blue-yellow. So some of the color schemes used by board games just don't work that well with either of them. Something to think about.

It's going to be a very small illo and I would much sooner do it without colour anyway - maybe different dotted lines and a key?
