Samantha Carter has a brother, Mark. Does anyone know - is he older or younger than Samantha?

I dont know if they ever established it for sure. But by my recollection the one episode they showed him he looked older.

Nuts - I had a crossover idea but it works best if he's younger.

I've looked over the transcripts of all the episodes I can find that mention him, and nothing is said about how old he is. The one episode he appears in, he's played by an uncredited extra.
