Rory's dead? It's like Christmas! "Humorous" family members for companions is my least favorite part of the revival.

Though obviously the Doctor will figure out some way of fixing this by the end of the season.

Yep, didn't like the main part of the episode much, but the ending was stonking.

Rather afraid its pointing towards a big universe reset button at the end of the season though... which I hope not, because I hate reset button finales.

IIRC, this is at least the third time that the Doctor has attempted to negotiate a peace treaty between the Humans and the Silurians, and had the distrust and paranoia present on *both* sides screw it up.
