Police Code Again

I've updated the Police code - about 2/3rds of the index is working, A to midway through P. Hopefully finishing tomorrow.

I still haven't heard back from anyone who has noticed any errors, which seems a little unlikely, PLEASE let me know if you spot anything!

Index now fully operational, plus a shedload of corrections thanks mainly to bugshaw

I've only done a few spot checks, not read through the whole thing, but on the whole, it looks pretty good.
