Police Code Again

ffuturesI've updated the Police code - about 2/3rds of the index is working, A to midway through P. Hopefully finishing tomorrow.
I still haven't heard back from anyone who has noticed any errors, which seems a little unlikely, PLEASE let me know if you spot anything!
