Archive of our Own was down for a while tonight, and now whenever I try to look at anything it wants me to do a survey and supply my address details, with no opt out. I suspect that it has been hacked, and I would STRONGLY advise people not to enter real details.

Not hacked -- just a DNS typo during one of their recent fixes. It's been corrected, but it may be up to 7 hours for some folks before the change fully propagates through.
