The obligatory snow pics
Jan. 20th, 2013 11:17 amIt's been snowing on an off since yesterday, but mostly it has been a very fine sort of snow crystal which blows away or melts easily, not big flakes, and still no more than an inch or so, though I shook off quite a lot from my bike cover yesterday. It's settling on the pavement (sidewalk) but not on the road surface to any large extent.
Here are a couple of pictures from my front window, nothing too exciting

I have no idea if it is going to settle more - it doesn't really seem to be getting much colder, but the snow is continuing so if it does start to stay it will probably end up a few inches deep.
Annoyingly I spend the next three weeks working in our 6th form building which is (a) a lot further from the underground station and (b) poorly heated. I do not expect this to be fun...
