Style woes
Feb. 21st, 2013 07:19 pmI've gone back to the "standard" tabular indent style for my journal, and the old styles for the friends page, since it's still the one I really like. Is there really no way to make my friends page work like this in the new system? Why is it considered essential to take up the left quarter of the page with a load of crap which I won't normally want to use if I'm just looking at the bloody friends page? And how in Cthulhu's name is this supposed to make any sense on a small screen?
Still hating the new posting page, it defies all logic that this awful font, menuing system, etc. is considered appropriate for text entry.

I love lj but...

Also, I wish LJ was set up for dynamic entries. I like to do my journal from my Kindle, but the editing screen refuses to fit.

My theory remains that LJ's owners have been tricked into buying a controlling share in Commodore Computers.
