This seems to be an expanded version of the old one - it's pretty good.

I like that trailor. More and more I'm looking forwards to the movie. And more and more i'm annoyed they cancelled the series.....

You never know - if the film does well they might make another series.

They've just started showing the entire series on the SciFi channel over here in the USFT (United States of Fear and Terror). If response is good, I can see SciFi stumping to put together a new series. I wouldn't be surprised if that's their plan all along.

It would stop them making some of the atrocious movies they've been making lately. It seems their formula involves rolling a d100 a few times on an RPG fanboy's chart to combine elements to make a movie. I mean, a movie where a man and a hammerhead shark is combined so that it's the ultimate predator on land and sea? *shudder*

It's my understanding that the cast has all been signed for two additional movies, unfortunately I can't find a spcific link for this. I've found a few suggestive links but nothing specific.

Related, Dark Horse Comics is producing a three episode series by Josh that handles the time between the end of the series and the movie, should be out this month (apparently it's already late.)

On a completely different topic, I've just made "Making a Good End of It: Buffy and Angel" a must see panel for my stay in Glasgow, Saturday at noon. I was hoping to get to see you to: a) thank you and praise you for the great fanfic you have written, and b) berate you for not yet finishing things like "Deeds of Maidenly Unkindness" (you have now been warned (g)). Seriously I hope to see you there at some point or other.

I do have ideas for continuing that - it's just that I have so much on my plate at the moment that a lot of low-priority stuff has had to go on the back burner.
