Put a section break between pages 2 & 3. Go to the header or footer on page 3 where you want the numbering to start. On the Header & Footer toolbar is a button with a picture of two pages with an arrow below them "Same as previous" which is currently depressed. Click it off & you will have two seperately numbered sections.
