Alternatives to YouTube

ffuturesI posted a video on youtube, only to find that Google created a Google+ account for me. Since I don't want a Google+ account I've deleted the account, and of course the video is now inaccessible.
Is there any alternative to YouTube that doesn't involve this sort of idiocy?
